1. Chicken Wings.


Who doesn’t love crispy chicken wings? With an air fryer, you can enjoy them guilt-free!
Season your wings with your favorite spices and place them in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
2. BBQ Baby Back Ribs.
You don’t need a grill to make delicious BBQ baby back ribs.
To make air fryer BBQ baby back ribs, you will need pork baby back ribs, your favorite BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Season the ribs with the spices and place them in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350°F 177°C) , brushing the BBQ sauce on both sides halfway through.
3. French Fries.


French fries are a classic favorite but are often loaded with unhealthy oils. You can enjoy crispy fries without the added calories with an air fryer.
Thinly slice your potatoes, stir them in olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 15-20 minutes at 375°F (190°C), shaking the basket often to achieve even cooking.
4. Salmon.


Air fryers aren’t just for frying – they’re also great for cooking fish!
Season your salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Put the salmon fillets in an air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until well done.
5. Blueberry Muffins.


You may also bake muffins with your air fryer.
To make air fryer blueberry muffins, you will need all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and blueberries.
Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl, and combine the liquid components in another.
Combine the two and fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter into muffin cups and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
