1. Tomato Soup.

Sauté your onions, garlic, and tomato in olive oil until it softens up.

Use a strainer and blend the tomato soup into the same pot to eliminate excess chunks.

Add some vegetable broth, coconut milk, and seasonings.

Let it simmer, and adjust seasonings according to your preference.  

2. Grilled Tofu Skewers.

Prepare your pressed tofu, courgettes, red & yellow peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes.

Assemble the vegetables through the skewers, alternating between tofu and vegetables.

Heat your grill or pan with grills, and spread some olive oil before placing the skewers.

After cooking, season them with salt and pepper, then brush them with soy sauce and vegan-keto-friendly barbecue sauce.

4. Buffalo Cauliflower Bites.

Preheat your oven.

Add water, almonds, tapioca, coconut flour, salt, and garlic powder to a sizable mixing bowl.

Spread the florets on a sizable baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.

Toss the cauliflower bites in a bowl with the buffalo mixture of hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and salt.

Bake it for another 10 minutes before serving.

5. Almond Flour Blondies.

Preheat the oven to 175ºC (350ºF) and line an 8-inch (20cm) baking sheet with parchment.

Add dry ingredients and water, and mix until everything is well combined.

Place the dough into your prepared baking sheet while smoothing the top.

Bake it for 17-21 minutes until it turns golden brown. Once it’s done baking, set it aside to cool.

Slice it up to 16 squares.
